Graziano Tullio

Graziano Tullio is the program officer of the Youth Cooperation program of the North-South Centre of the Council of Europe: an intergovernmental organization that fosters dialogue and awareness about global interdependence through global education and interregional cooperation.

Within the Youth Cooperation Programme, Graziano Tullio coordinates capacity building activities on democratic participation and promotes confidence building initiatives between decision makers and youth organizations aiming at increasing youth involvement in policy-making processes for more peaceful and inclusive societies.

Graziano Tullio holds a master’s degree in International Relations and another in Communication for International Institutions; he has more than 15 years’ experience in the field of human rights and sustainable development, collaborating with various public entities, NGOs and Universities.

He has extensively worked as a trainer in Europe, Asia, and the Middle East and as a youth worker coordinating international project covering topics related to active citizenship, social justice, and intercultural dialogue.
